Hello, welcome to PT Pilates

My passion for pilates stemmed from personal experience. Having always enjoyed 'all things fitness’ pilates became part of my everyday life after I was diagnosed with a neurological condition in 2010. Determined to stay fit and I put on my pink trainers and trained and ran the London Marathon. At the same time I started as a student helping a friend training to become a pilates instructor. I fell in love with pilates. Using the pilates principles I was able to focus on building awareness of how my body moved, creating a mind and body connection that ensured I moved with more energy, improved endurance, stability and control.

 

I began to see how others could also benefit from pilates - in promoting health and wellness, increasing strength and flexibility, and building resilience to modern life. I embarked on my own journey of becoming a pilates instructor and trained in Dubai where I lived until 2020.

 

I want everyone to experience the many benefits of pilates. My classes are full of positive energy and fun and my goal is to push my clients to achieve their full potential in a safe and effective way with a balanced and well-rounded workout. 


Jane is a STOTT PILATES® Instructor in Mat, Reformer and Injuries and Special Populations.

After trying different methods of exercise with varying success I am so pleased to have found Janes Stott Pilates sessions as they are exactly the right exercises for me. Jane's knowledge and close attention to what the students body is able to achieve is why I have been able to improve with each session without fear of over doing it.I am thoroughly enjoying my sessions and am so pleased to have found an instructor that sets me achievable challenges so that I look forward to each session.
