Are you new to Reformer Pilates?

Reformer classes give profound results. An amazingly elegant design, the reformer can replicate nearly all the work on every machine on a typical gym equipment floor in multi-dimensional planes. Providing variable resistance with springs and pulleys it allows precise alignment and work on core strength. As an adaptable and non-impact form of exercise (therefore easy on the joints), tailored reformer sessions are ideal for those in rehab, pre or post natal, or suffering chronic illnesses. The reformer can be used both for advanced exercises to provide a real challenge to athletes or can provide gentle safe workouts for first timers.
